I don't just believe in change — I help make it happen, one campaign at a time.

I'm Samuel Nevarez, and for the last 10+ years, I've built campaigns, shaped movements, and led strategy for candidates who weren't supposed to win — but did.

My career started in field work and grew into leading statewide campaigns, multimillion-dollar operations, and founding my own firms. Today, I serve as CEO & Co-Founder of Heimdall Strategy Solutions Inc. — a political tech company I built to bring smarter, faster, more connected tools to campaigns across the country — and also serve as Chairman of the Board.

I've advised candidates for City Council, Senate, and everything in between, crafting messaging that cuts through, ground games that deliver, and digital programs that win elections.
